You will realise that not much has been going on on the house. The reason is that my health has been failing and I do not have any energy left to work.
The end result of this is that we have decided that it is time to move on. We will be selling the house on auction on 6 October, and we have already secured a spot in a retirement village in Te Kuiti. That is about 40 minutes drive to the south
We trust that the new owners will love the old house as much as we did, and complete the unfinished work
